On behalf of the Assas MUN Team, we are absolutely delighted to welcome you to our website!
 
Assas MUN, heir to the Association de Négociations Internationales de l'Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, was founded in 2008. It is one of the most diverse associations at the Université Panthéon-Assas, with members from all over Europe.
 
The association's main objective is to take part in Model United Nations (MUN) events at world-class universities. These simulations are based on a fictional or real-life storyline. For the participant (the delegate), the aim is to represent a country, an institution or a personal position on a given issue. The main objective of the simulation, which generally lasts several days, is to find a solution to the problem by teaming up with other delegates. The challenge is to manage the search for a viable solution, the other delegates' attempts to promote their ideas, and the rules of parliamentary debate. Assas MUN delegates have managed to shine at such conferences on several occasions in recent years, receiving awards for their hard work.
 
Assas MUN also organizes conferences that are a showcase of excellence for the association and the University.
 
In 2023/2024, we went to Rome (JCUMUN 2024), London (LIMUN 2024), New York (NMUN 2024) and are participating in the Paris International Model United Nations 2024 (PIMUN).
